If this is your first time using any variant of Cyleina Soap:
- Dont’ use 2 soaps at a single bath first, (no combo). Wait atleast 1 week before using different variants at the same time. This is to check if soaps are good on your face upon usage. ('HIYANG' ka sa variant na gagamitin mo). This is important, so please follow this one.
- Do not use astringents, toners or anything that are harsh sa skin. Why? This is for you to be able to pinpoint if what soaps cause irritation on the skin (kung ano nagccause ng irritation sa skin) if there would be any. Please, use the soap only. Moisturizers are okay. In fact, recommended , since at first use, Maybe your skin would be drying (baka medyo drying pa sa skin mo).
- Dont soaked up the soap on your skin too long ON first use. (WAG MUNA IBABAD ang soap sa skin ng matagal on first use). After lather rinse thoroughly, (Pagkasabon, rinse it agad) so that your skin would not be too dry, (Para hindi madry yung skin mo masyado). Let your skin get used to the new product first. You can soak up the soap long(Pwede mo na ibabad) after a week of use.

1. Can I use toners, astringents while using cyleina?
- No, for the first week. Observe if variant soap is suitable on your skin. If no breakouts you can go back to your regimens. (Observe muna if hiyang sayo yung variant na ginagamit mo. If walang breakouts or anything, YES, pwede ka na bumalik sa dating regimen mo.)
2. Can I use moisturizers/sunblocks?
- Yes.
3. Pwede na ba mag-combo agad?
- NO, for the first week.
4. I have blisters/pimples on face within first week of use of Cyleina soaps. (Nagkaroon ako ng butlig/pimples sa face within the first week ng gamit ko ng Cyleina.)
- It's normal, most of the time. They call it 'purging' stage. After the first week, it will be gone and goes back to normal then effects of the soap are already visible on skin. (nawawala din and magstart ka na makita ang effect ng soap sa skin talaga).
5. After the first week, more pimples/blisters on face (mas dumami pimples ko/butlig sa face.)
- It maybe that the variant sopa you have chosen to use doesn’t suits your face. NOTE: it doesn’t mean that you’re not suitable on Cyleina soaps but on the variant. Try a different one. (It may be hindi ka hiyang sa variant ng soap na yun. NOTE: it doesn't mean na hindi ka hiyang sa cyleina soaps. Sa variant lang na yun. Try a different one.)
6. Why there is a burning sensation or stinging effect when I sue the soap?(Bakit medyo 'mahapdi' or may sting feel sya when I use the soap?)
- This is normal on first usage. Don’t soak up the soap on skin, instead rinse immediately after use. (This is normal sa first use. Wag muna ibabad ng matagal ang soap sa skin. Pagkasabon, rinse it agad.)
- After a week, you can soaked up the soap on skin. Then try do the combos for whitening and anti pimples/blisters.
- Use lotion or moisturizer
7. Irritations after use. (Nangangati skin ko after ko gamitin.)
- Most of the time, this is normal on first use.
- Don’t soak the soap for a longer period of time
- Observe for any irritation, discontinue using that variant if unusual itchiness on skin, or may have rashes.
